According to John

  • Without sleep, your body won't be as efficient when it comes to high performance on the field, court, course or gym
  • A great night's sleep helps you enjoy what you work hard for every day.
  • Quality sleep can help you manage your weight by lowering the stress hormone, Cortisol.
  • As we age, recuperative sleep is more important to attaining the energy we need for an active day.
